Yasser bin Rashid bin Hussein Al-Wadaani Al-Dosari is one of the reciters of the Noble Qur’an in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and one of the imams of the Grand Mosque as of Safar 13/2/1441 AH. He is the founder of the Ayat Group for Qur’anic Media with Sheikh Nasser Al-Qatami.
He was classified among the most influential personalities, according to the Insan Society magazine. He is a former faculty member at King Saud University, and holds a PhD in Comparative Jurisprudence from the Higher Institute of Judiciary at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
? Imam of many mosques
He was born in Al-Kharj Governorate in the year 1400 AH, 1980 AD. He is married and has two daughters and two sons. The sheikh led many mosques, including the Abdullah Al-Khulaifi Mosque for two years, then the Al-Kawthar Mosque for several years, then the Imam Abdullah bin Saud mosque for five years, the Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Baz mosque for many years, then the imam of the Al-Dakhil mosque in The city of Riyadh since the year 1426 AH, and he was appointed in the month of Ramadan 1436 (2015) as the imam of the worshipers in Tarawih prayers.
Member of many associations such as the Saudi Scientific Fiqh Association, the Saudi Scientific Association for the Qur’an and its Sciences, the Saudi Association for Da’wah Studies, a member of the Europe Committee in the International Symposium of Muslim Youth, and a member of the Al-Bir Association in Al-Kharj.
